Mini-exhibition ‘Hikari Revive 光・再生’ at Noordwaarts 9

I’m proud to announce I will be showcasing new work in a mini-exhibition, titled ‘Hikari Revive 光・再生’ at Noordwaarts 9 in our studio. Noordwaarts 9 is a biennial art festival full of art, music and food, happening at the artists hotspot Halte Zamenhofstraat in Amsterdam Noord.

‘Hikari Revive 光・再生’ is a project I’ve been working on for the past two years which started as an experiment projecting yesteryears photographic work onto a human body. I found the new form of the original work very intriguing and continued repurposing the work using various methods. The result is a mixed media project consisting of original and repurposed photographs and motion graphics video.
