Singulars: Oriental Photographic Art

Today’s Singular takes me back to my 2009 visit to Seoul, Korea. It was a brief stay of just five days which consisted of discovering the many cultural sites. During one of the visits to the palaces, I came across this fish pond that had these lovely koi fishes in it. The captures actually made me think of traditional oriental paintings which often featured koi fishes. So I decided to play with that idea of creating an Oriental photographic art and made my own interpretation of it.
